I think we have tried every bed available, water beds, spring mattresses, air mattresses and now the Tempur Pedic mattress. I have to admit I was extremely skeptical and convinced that this was just another gimmick, that anyone willing to pay so much for piece of foam was nuts. Well my recent encounter with waking to an achy back, poor circulation in my feet making it hard to stand was met with Fred's curiosity (I tried to tell him he was nuts) about the testimonials for Tempur Pedic and running into you now representing Tempur Pedic, it must be Kismet. Although we experienced some immediate relief after sleeping on the bed we were still experiencing some residual discomfort from not having the right pillows. I thank you secondly for your patience and educating us on the impact of improper pillow design and helping to fit us to the right pillow for our height, weight and sleep pattern, then working with us until we got the right pillow. After settling on the Millennium and the Comfort pillow, we have found that we both prefer the Comfort Pillow so we take turns sleeping on it. We appreciate you and the service you have provided to insure our satisfaction. You have a recipe for success, a great product, passion for that product, and a definite need for your product.
